Simon Dobbs is an artist living and working in South Devon. He studied at the Saint Martin's School of Art before training as an architect and town planner, taking up painting full-time in the 1990's. From 1997 to 2002 he ran his own art gallery in Salcombe, South Devon. He has exhibited in London, Japan, locally at the Harbour House Gallery in Kingsbridge and with Devon Open Studios. His paintings will be on exhibition with Devon Open Studios at his home at the Old Butterwell in Slapton, Devon, from September 3rd to 11th 2011
